No returns; No refunds; No exchanges please, except in cases where an incorrect product or Damage product has been shipped to you. In such cases, ONLY AFTER we check and confirm that the product shipped was incorrect, please return the incorrectly shipped product in the same way as they were shipped to you and retain the original packing; also kindly note that the product(s) should be unused and not modified in any way. In the said case where the refund is approved by us, please note that the refund will be possible only to a bank account based in India. We will not provide a refund to any overseas accounts. The refund shall not include bank transfer charges or other transactional charges which you may have borne while purchasing the product. The cost of shipping such products back to us has to be borne by you. The decision for any credits will be solely at the discretion of the Trelum Lighting LLP.
